Interaction of systemic fluconazole with oral direct anticoagulants: is there an increased risk of bleeding?
Interacción de fluconazol sistémico con anticoagulantes directos orales: ¿existe mayor riesgo de sangrado?

At present, there is no high-level or detailed evidence regarding this type of interaction, which is likely due to genetic and epigenetic differences in the populations where it is studied. There is also limited literature providing a precise description of the cellular or molecular mechanisms associated with these interactions; most of the available evidence is clinical.Downloads
