Abstract

The legitimacy of a health policy is not measured by the number of media-driven inspections conducted, but by its ability to translate evidence into sustainable decisions and verifiable epidemiological outcomes. Health management should respond to medium- and long-term health objectives rather than being constrained by the temporality of political cycles.
