Abstract

Skin cancer is one of the most common types worldwide, and its incidence is increasing in Latin America. Constant and unprotected exposure to ultraviolet radiation is the main risk factor for the development of this type of cancer. It is crucial to implement preventive education, labor regulations, and access to medical services for early diagnosis.
